To open a unit we require a valid credit card, first and last months rent as well as a $75 cleaning deposit which gets refunded when your unit has been emptied and cleaned.

Unfortunately, we only do month to month rentals.

The gate hours are 7 AM to 7 PM 7 days a week. Business owners that require 24-hour access are given an access code to allow them 24-hour access.

We do not offer insurance however you can get coverage for your unit through your home insurance provider.

We take cash, debit, credit, cheque. We also offer online payment, please Click Here for more details.

We do not so reservations.

We bill on the first of the month, if you open a unit after the first of the month you will be prorated from that day to the first day of the next month.
